TONY ALTERMATT

Tony is a licensed real estate sales agent with decades of experience in the housing industry. He grew up in the new home industry and gained hands-on experience in almost every home planning and building aspect.

After studying architectural drafting in school, he worked as a draftsman for his father's log home manufacturing/general contracting company before transitioning into sales. He was the sales manager for years before his family sold the company.

Like many of us, Tony and his family were frequent visitors and fell in love with the island. His family frequently visited SPI and decided to relocate permanently after selling the business. Tony and his father always enjoyed working together, and his dad suggested they get into the real estate sales here on the Island.

They started at Keller Williams SPI and, in 2019, joined Kori Marra at her new brokerage, NextHome on the Coast. In May of 2022, Tony purchased the franchise from Kori and is excited about serving SPI.
